Oklahoma Bar Journal – Estate Planning and Probate

The most recent edition of the Oklahoma Bar Journal (click link to view) has the theme: Estate Planning and Probate.  I have not had a chance to work through the edition yet, but I look forward to reading it, as it addresses a number of interesting and relevant topics.  I frequently write about estate planning and probate issues on this blog, and anyone who reads this blog would likely find the recent journal interesting.
