Presentation on Creditor Claims at Bar Convention

The bar convention for Oklahoma (Annual Meeting of the Oklahoma Bar Association) took place last week in Oklahoma City. There are numerous activities over several days, including opportunities for attorneys to meet together for learning and discussion.

I presented on an “Overview of Creditor Claims in Oklahoma Estates” as part of an all-day seminar put on by the Estate Planning, Probate, and Trust Section of the OBA. I especially enjoyed getting to visit with other attorneys about questions and the crazy scenarios that can come up in cases in this area of the law.

Thanks again to Dan Woska for planning the program – and also to everyone else in leadership, logistics, or who otherwise helped make it happen. I think providing the opportunity for continuing legal education (CLE) to attorneys coming to the bar convention (or considering it) is a great idea.
