Oklahoma Senate Debate – District 27 – Guymon – January 24, 2018

One week from today, on Wednesday, January 24, 2018 at 5:00 p.m., candidates for Oklahoma Senate District 27 will debate in Guymon, Oklahoma at the Guymon Public Library and Arts Center.  You can see more details about the debate by clicking here.

Oklahoma State Senate District 27 covers the Oklahoma Panhandle and part of  Northwest Oklahoma.  The vacancy was created when prior Senator Bryce Marlatt resigned.  That resignation triggered a Special Election process.  The debate next week is part of the campaigns for this Special Election.

It appears a similar debate was held in Woodward in early December, before the Primary Election in the Special Election.  A radio station in the area has posted that debate here (you may have to search for and find the page independently rather than clicking directly from the link – they have made the video unable to be embedded).
