On occasion, whether by design or in response to schedule issues, I will take one or more of my kids to a routine hearing or other work event.  It is usually fun, and most people at the courthouse, or wherever we go, enjoy seeing them.  It can get a little adventurous, but so far we have not quite fully reached classic Three Stooges level disorder, despite the name reference.

This morning my youngest got to pound the gavel for the Honorable A. Clark Jett, Associate District Judge.  (He called it a “mallet” – which I am not even sure where he has heard that word!)  After working up an appetite in Court, we grabbed him a muffin at the Golden Crown.

You can see some past Disorder in the Court (and time flying by) here and here.
